The History of the Bible . . .The Bible Exhibit® by Evangel 66 Ministries® (E:66) is an outreach ministry that exists to help believers strengthen their faith and trust in the Word of God. The Bible Exhibit is a traveling Bible museum that showcases some of the world's most rare and historically important Bibles and biblical artifacts. Attending an E:66 event is a unique learning and faith-strengthening experience, that proclaims the miraculous story of how we got the Bible through educational presentations, the distribution of Christian outreach materials, and the showcasing of our rare, ancient Bibles and biblical artifacts. These three methods of outreach effectively detail the amazing journey of God's written Word throughout history and encourage attendees to engage with the Bible on a deeper spiritual level.
Have you ever asked yourself any of the following questions?
The Bible Exhibit contains over 200 of some of the world's most rare, ancient and historically important Bibles and biblical artifacts which are brought to your local church, or church event for display, and often times at NO CHARGE to your church. Half-day, full-day and multi-day options are available depending on your needs. In addition to the exhibit, we are also happy and prepared to provide engaging, educational and inspirational presentations on the miraculous history of our Bible.

E V A N G E L 6 6 M I N I S T R I E S®E V A N G E L 6 6 M I N I S T R I E S® (E:66) operates with a heart for the Good News of the Gospel, and with a mission to seek the lost so that they can find new life in Jesus Christ. This is the saving power of the
Gospel (ευαγγέλιο) message that is recorded for us throughout the Bible... For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost.
- Luke 19:10 (BSB) But these miracles have been written so that you will believe
that Jesus is the Messiah, the Son of God, and so that you will have life by believing in him. - John 20:31 (GW) I have written these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, so that you may know that you have eternal life.
- 1 John 5:13 (BSB) He (God) wants all people to be saved and to learn the truth.
- 1 Timothy 2:34 (GW) And this is the will of Him who sent Me, that I shall lose none of those He has given Me, but raise them up at the last day. For it is My Father’s will that everyone who looks to the Son and believes in Him shall have eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day.

Our Logo...
Simply put, our logo reflects our mission. The word "Evangel", which means "Gospel", is represented by the letter "E" in our logo. The "66" with its connecting 6's, represents the sixty-six books of the Protestant Bible and how they all preach a unified, or continuous message of Christ. The colon " : " is a punctuation mark that is used to connect two related items together. Thus, "E:66" therefore proclaims that the Gospel is the centralized message of the Bible and is found, interwoven, throughout the entirety of scripture. The "E" which represents the Gospel ("Evangel") also represents our three main ministry goals to... - to EQUIP you with the knowledge and tools to spread the Good News of the Gospel. "Their purpose is to prepare God's people to serve and to build up the body of Christ." - Ephesians 4:12 - to EDUCATE you on why you can, and should, trust the Bible. "Until I get there, concentrate on reading [Scripture] in worship, giving encouraging messages, and teaching people." - 1 Timothy 4:13 - to EVANGELIZE or preach. "He who has ears to hear, let him hear." - Matthew 11:15 |
The Greek script at the bottom is a special spelling of the word "stauron" which means "cross ". This spelling was found in one of our oldest manuscripts of Luke, (Papyrus 75), from Qumran. P75 contains text from the Gospel of Luke 3:18-24:53, and John 1:1-15:8, and is generally described as "the most significant" papyrus of the New Testament to be discovered so far. It is dated between AD 175-225. Spelled traditionally, it is stauron. But here, the letters 'au' are omitted, which is indicated by the straight line above the word. The letter 'r' (which in Greek has the form of our letter 'p'), is superimposed on the 't'. This resembles a head and suggests a body on a cross. This symbol is often called a "Staurogram" or "tau rho". You can read more about the Staurogram here.
